About Koala Locksmith Sydney

Local, licensed and easy to deal with

Koala Locksmith Sydney is a locksmith business based at 23 Grose St, Glebe. We help homeowners, renters, landlords, strata managers and businesses across Sydney's inner west, inner city and CBD with lockouts, lock changes, repairs and security upgrades.

We hold NSW Master Security Licence #000110365. In NSW, security work is licensed so that customers can trust the people they let into their homes and businesses — and we take that responsibility seriously.

Why the koala?

Koalas hold on tight — and that's exactly what a good lock should do. Our name is a reminder that we're proudly local, friendly, and here to keep what matters to you safe.

How we work

• Honest advice — we'll tell you when a repair will do and you don't need a new lock.
• Upfront pricing — the price is confirmed before any work starts.
• Respect for your property — non-destructive entry wherever possible, and we clean up after ourselves.
• Quality hardware — well-supported brands that are easy to service in future.
• Available 24/7 — for lockouts and break-in repairs, day or night.
